You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

How to request a return or exchange

Do not send the item yourself until we approve the request and share return instructions.
Free return pickup arranged by us
- After approval, Indiakartz will arrange a pickup from your delivery address
- You don’t need to print anything
- Please keep the item packed and ready in original packaging for pickup
Return label
A return label is included (free) and will be used during the pickup process.
Fees
- No restocking fee
- Return pickup is free
Exchanges
- If approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product (subject to availability)
- If the replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, refunds are processed within 7 days
- Refund goes to the original payment method
- For COD orders, we will request your UPI/bank details
