🛒 Orders
Q. Do you allow order cancellations/edits after placing?
Yes, orders can be cancelled or edited within 2 days of placing, provided they haven’t been dispatched.
Q. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need an account. You can checkout directly as a guest.
Q. Do you allow pre-orders for out-of-stock items?
No, we currently don’t offer pre-orders.
Q. Do you send order updates?
Yes ✅ You’ll receive real-time updates about your order (packed, shipped, out for delivery) via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q. How long does order processing take?
Processing time before dispatch is 24–48 hours.
Q. What is the delivery timeframe?
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days across India.
Q. What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is 100% free all over India.
Q. Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
Not at the moment.
Q. Do you deliver to all pin codes?
Yes, we deliver to all pin codes in India.
Q. What happens if delivery fails (customer not at home)?
Our courier will attempt 3 re-deliveries. We will also try to connect with you before the package is returned to origin.
Q. Do you allow re-delivery attempts or courier pickup?
Yes, up to 3 re-delivery attempts are made.
💳 Payments
Q. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available at no extra cost.
Q. Do you offer any prepaid order discounts?
Yes 🎉 We provide a 10% discount by default on prepaid orders.
Q. Do you support EMI or Pay-Later options?
No, not currently. We support all UPI apps like PhonePe and Google Pay, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
Q. Do you provide GST invoices for business purchases?
No, we don’t support B2B purchases yet.
Q. What happens if payment fails?
Payments are processed via Razorpay. If a payment fails, please share your order/payment reference with us, and we will check further with Razorpay.
Q. Do you issue invoices with GSTIN automatically?
Yes, invoices with GSTIN are automatically issued for all purchases.
🔄 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Q. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy.
Q. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are made back to the original payment source.
Q. How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after we receive and inspect the product.
Q. Who pays for return shipping?
We cover the return shipping costs.
Q. Do you allow exchanges?
Yes, we allow exchanges for both size and color, subject to stock availability.
Q. Which items are non-returnable?
Non-returnable items will be clearly mentioned in the product details (such as hygiene or sale items).
Q. Do you refund shipping charges too on returns?
Yes, since shipping is free, there are no additional charges deducted.
Q. How are COD refunds processed?
Refunds for COD orders are processed via UPI, phone number, or bank transfer.
Q. What if my exchanged item is more/less expensive?
We’ll refund the price difference in case it’s cheaper, or you can pay the difference if it’s more expensive.
Q. How should I pack my return?
Please try to keep the product in its original packaging.
Q. How will I know if my return is approved?
You’ll receive a call, WhatsApp message, or email confirmation once your return is approved.

Q. Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, all products come with the standard seller warranty.
Q. Do you offer customizations like engraving or gift wrapping?
Not at the moment.
Q. Any special care instructions?
Care instructions vary by product and will be mentioned on the product page.
Q. Are your products eco-friendly/certified?
Yes 🌱 Many of our products are eco-friendly and responsibly sourced.
Q. Do you provide manuals/installation guides?
Yes, wherever required, we include manuals or installation guides.
Q. Are website product images/colors accurate?
Yes, all images and colors shown are as provided by the seller.
Q. Do your sizes run small/large (for apparel)?
Yes, some items may run small/large. Please refer to the size chart on product pages.
🌍 International Orders
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Not right now — we currently ship only within India. 🌍 However, we are working on expanding our shipping network and will be offering international delivery soon.
Q. What is the average international shipping time?
Since international shipping is not active yet, we don’t have timelines available. Once launched, delivery times will vary by country (typically 7–15 business days).
Q. What are the international shipping charges?
International shipping is not available at the moment. When launched, charges will be clearly displayed at checkout based on your destination country.
Q. Who pays customs duties/taxes on international orders?
Currently, we don’t ship outside India. In the future, any applicable duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer, as per destination country regulations.
Q. Do you provide currency conversion at checkout?
Right now, all payments are processed in INR (Indian Rupees). Once we launch international shipping, currency conversion options will be added at checkout for global customers.
Q. Do you offer international returns/warranty?
Since we only serve customers in India currently, international returns/warranty are not available. These policies will be introduced once we expand globally.

Yes, and all prepaid orders also get 10% off by default.

Q. Can multiple discount codes be used together?
No, only one discount code can be used per order.

Yes, they apply even on sale items.
